Play Creation

These creative drama classes teach performing skills while focusing on the process of collaborative storytelling. Groups work together to design original short plays from their own unlimited imaginations. Every session ends with a presentation for families.

Students practice communication and listening skills, use their bodies and voices to express different characters, build their vocabulary of theatrical terms, and gain confidence. Classes may include craft activities such as creating costumes, props and scenery for their original plays.
